About Hannah

Hannah believes fitness is about more than just getting in shape – it’s about feeling good, inside and out. She knows how important it is for mums to take some time for themselves, to move, recharge and connect with others who really understand the unique challenges of motherhood. Through her classes, Hannah creates a supportive space where mums can connect with one another, boost their confidence, and focus on self-care in a way that feels fun and doable with a little one in tow.
