Feel like your old self again - with habits that actually stick
MEMBERS $25 · NON MEMBERS $39
You've lost a bit of who you were before you were 'Mum'
You know what you want to do. You just can't seem to actually do it. Because by the time the baby settles, you're exhausted.
You start something with the best intentions, then one hard night undoes everything and you're back to square one.
You always put bub first, and somewhere along the way you started to feel guilty about wanting some time for yourself.
You love being a mum - and you also miss the version of yourself who had routines, goal and a sense of something that was just hers.
You're not looking for a complete lifestyle overhaul. You just want to feel like more than just a mum. And to stop feeling like you're disappearing into the day-to-day.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILAR?
The problem isn't you. It's the approach.
You decide to start running, meditating, journalling, and drinking two litres of water — all at once. It goes well for three days. Then it doesn't. And because you didn't do all of it, you feel like you failed. So you stop completely. This isn't a discipline problem. It's a design problem.
The all or nothing mentality
Most habit content assumes you have a predictable schedule, solid sleep, and pockets of uninterrupted time. You have a baby. The advice doesn't fit - and that's not your fault.
Generic habit advice that doesn't account for your life
A method built for motherhood
This isn't a general productivity workshop. The tools in this masterclass come from Dr Gina Cleo - Australia's leading habit researcher.

You leave with one real goal
By the end of the hour, you'll have a single, specific, achievable goal for the week ahead. Not ten intentions. One thing — that you're actually set up to follow through on.
SMALL IS THE WHOLE POINT
You'll learn why starting ridiculously small is actually the most powerful thing you can do - and how it protects you on the hard days when everything else falls apart.
YOU UNDERSTAND THE HABIT LOOP
Most people try to change habits through willpower. But habits run on a loop that your brain is already familiar with. When you understand how it works and adapt it - you start to succeed.
Frequently asked questions
What if my baby is unsettled during the session?
Babies are completely welcome — unsettled ones included. The whole room will be in the same boat. You won't need to step out, you won't feel embarrassed, and you certainly won't miss out. This is designed for real life, not an idealised version of it.
I've tried to build habits before and always fall off the wagon. Why will this be different?
The reason most people fall off isn't a lack of motivation — it's that they're trying to build habits the hard way, without understanding how the habit loop actually works. This masterclass teaches you the mechanism, which means you can spot exactly where things broke down before. You'll also leave with something much smaller and more realistic than you're probably used to setting for yourself.
I'm exhausted and running on no sleep. Is this really the right time?
Honestly? This was built for exactly that moment. When everything feels chaotic is precisely when a tiny, sustainable habit can make the biggest difference to how you feel day to day. You don't need to be in a good place to start — you just need one hour and the willingness to try something new.
Do I need to be a Mighty Mums member to attend?
Not at all. Non-members are warmly welcome at $39 per ticket. Members attend at the discounted rate of $25. If you're curious about membership, there's no pressure — you can attend the workshop first and decide from there.
How much time does this take outside of the workshop itself?
The workshop is one hour. After that, the whole point is that the habit you choose is small enough to fit into your current life as it actually is — not the version of it you wish you had. Think five minutes, not fifty.
Is this only for mums with newborns?
The workshop is designed with early motherhood in mind — the particular kind of tired, the identity shift, the sense of wanting a bit of yourself back. If that resonates with where you are right now, you're in the right place — regardless of whether your baby is 2 months or 18 months old.
When and where is it happening?
