Mighty Mums is a supportive outdoor group designed to help you gently return to movement after having your baby - in a way that feels safe, supportive enjoyable.

Mums & Bubs

Our Mums & Bubs classes are relaxed, outdoor group sessions held at Cronulla Park.

They’re designed specifically for pre and postnatal women - whether you’re newly postpartum or further along in your journey.

Babies are always welcome. They can lie on a mat, stay in the pram, be held, fed, or cuddled - whatever works for you on the day.
